These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ExpiredDomains.network ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, creating an account, initiating crawl tasks, or purchasing any subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an agency, company, or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our platform.

ExpiredDomains.network provides cloud-based web crawling infrastructure, algorithmic outbound link analysis, and domain quality evaluation tools:

• Target Website Crawling: Automated workers parse hyperlinks on user-specified target domains to find dead or expired outbound link destinations.
• Real-Time Availability Verification: Three-phase status validation leveraging DNS queries, ICANN-standard RDAP protocol requests, and authoritative socket WHOIS queries.
• SEO Metrics Intelligence: Calculation and display of Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA), Majestic Citation/Trust Flow, Spam Scores, and Backlink Anchor Text distributions.
• Dashboard Organization: Historical reporting, bookmarking, CSV/JSON exports, and customizable alert notifications.

To access our crawling dashboard and tools, you must register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account password.
• Promptly notify us at [email protected] if you discover unauthorized access or a security breach.
• Take sole responsibility for all crawling operations, API requests, and activities conducted under your account credentials.

Account sharing across unaffiliated third parties or automated credential redistribution is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

We believe in high-integrity, ethical web crawling. You agree that when using ExpiredDomains.network, you will NOT:

• Submit target domains containing illegal material, malware, child exploitation material, or unauthorized private network addresses (e.g., localhost, private RFC 1918 subnets).
• Attempt to use our cloud crawling infrastructure to launch Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, flood servers, or intentionally harm third-party web properties.
• Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits, crawler caps, or reverse-engineer our proprietary crawling worker algorithms.
• Scrape, redistribute, or commercially sublicense ExpiredDomains.network platform interfaces, aggregated databases, or proprietary metrics without written consent.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access our dashboard without utilizing authorized API keys.

We enforce automated request throttling and reserve the right to immediately abort crawl jobs that generate excessive connection errors or violate target server boundaries.

It is vital to understand our role in the domain lifecycle:

• Search Engine & Intelligence Tool Only: ExpiredDomains.network is an independent search and discovery platform. We are not an ICANN-accredited domain registrar and do not sell domain registrations directly.
• Third-Party Registrars: Once you discover an available domain on our platform, you must register it through an accredited registrar of your choice (such as EuroDNS, Dynadot, Porkbun, GoDaddy, or regional registry providers).
• First-Come, First-Served Basis: Because domain registration is open to the global internet on a first-come, first-served basis, we cannot guarantee that a discovered domain will remain available until you register it. We strongly advise registering desirable domains immediately upon discovery.
• No Trademark Clearance: We do not conduct trademark or brand clearance on discovered domain names. You are solely responsible for ensuring that registering or rebuilding any domain does not infringe on third-party trademarks or brand rights.

Our platform displays backlink authority metrics (such as Domain Authority, Page Authority, and anchor texts) based on industry-standard third-party algorithmic data:

• Third-Party Model Predictions: Metrics like Moz DA and Majestic TF are predictive scores developed by third-party analytics providers, not direct metrics maintained by Google or Bing.
• No Guaranteed Search Rankings: Search engines frequently update their indexing algorithms and link equity evaluation systems. While buying expired domains with authority backlinks is a proven SEO strategy, we do not guarantee specific rankings, organic traffic, or algorithmic outcomes.
• Historical Content: If you choose to rebuild an expired domain using archive records (such as the Wayback Machine), you are solely responsible for compliance with copyright laws regarding original text and media.

ExpiredDomains.network offers monthly and annual subscription plans with transparent terms:

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle on the calendar date corresponding to the initial purchase.
• Plan Tiers:
  • Starter ($28/mo): 1 active crawler, 50 revealed expired domains per month, backlink lists, metric scoring.
  • Growth ($48/mo): 10 active crawlers simultaneously, 250 revealed expired domains per month, email support.
  • Business ($248/mo): Unlimited crawlers simultaneously (up to 100 concurrent workers), unlimited revealed domains, priority support.
• Additional Crawlers ($28/mo): On all plans, you can add an extra crawler for $28 for 30 days. Each added crawler maintains its own independent 30-day lifecycle from date of purchase.
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. Cancellation must be initiated at least 24 to 48 hours prior to the next billing date to prevent renewal. Your access remains active until the end of your prepaid period.
• Permanent Data Retention: When your subscription ends or is paused, your previously crawled domains, notes, and metrics remain stored in your dashboard forever. You can log back in and review them anytime without repurchasing.
• Refund Policy: Due to the immediate allocation of server proxies and crawler computing power, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis in cases of verified technical downtime.

To avoid any ambiguity regarding our crawler allocation model:

• Definition of 1 Crawler: "1 crawler" denotes the ability to crawl 1 target website at the same time (simultaneously).
• Unlimited Target Websites: You are never locked to one target domain. You can stop, pause, or complete a crawl and immediately start crawling a completely different website as many times as you want.
• Concurrency Rules: The Starter plan allows 1 website crawling at any given moment. The Growth plan allows up to 10 websites crawling concurrently. The Business plan allows up to 100 simultaneous crawls.

Your competitive intelligence is protected under strict isolation rules:

• Your Proprietary Discoveries: All seed domains entered, crawl outputs generated, and expired domains uncovered by your account remain your confidential research. We will never sell, pool, redistribute, or make your discovered domains public to other users.
• Platform Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in ExpiredDomains.network, including software, web designs, trademarks, crawler architecture, and logos, belong exclusively to ExpiredDomains.network.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT DOMAINS SHOWN AS AVAILABLE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR REGISTRATION ON EXTERNAL REGISTRARS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EXPIREDDOMAINS.NETWORK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or inability to access or use the crawling platform;
• Any third-party conduct or content on websites crawled by our system;
• Loss of any domain name to an external buyer before you complete registration;
• Algorithmic actions, de-indexing, or ranking changes by search engine operators.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EXPIREDDOMAINS.NETWORK DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if we determine in good faith that you have breached these Terms, engaged in abusive crawling practices, or attempted to compromise system stability.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ExpiredDomains.network operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved first through informal good-faith negotiation, and failing that, in the competent courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. For material modifications affecting your subscription or crawling rights, we will provide at least 15 days' notice via an account banner or email notification before the new terms become effective.

By continuing to access or use our platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
