How do I start a crawl?
After signing up and activating your subscription, go to your dashboard, enter the URL of the authority website you want to crawl (e.g., nrk.no, bbc.com), and click "Start Crawl." The crawler will begin scanning pages and discovering broken outbound links pointing to expired domains.
Can I switch to a different website mid-crawl?
Yes. Simply stop your running crawler from the dashboard and start a new crawl with a different target website. "1 crawler" means 1 website at a time — you can switch as many times as you want throughout your subscription.
What does "10 crawlers simultaneously" mean?
It means you can crawl up to 10 different websites at the same time. For example, you could simultaneously crawl bbc.com, nrk.no, lemonde.fr, and 7 other authority sites — all running in parallel for faster results.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your dashboard → Account Settings → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24–48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged. Your service stays active until the end of your current paid billing period, and all your crawled data remains stored in your dashboard.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to additional crawlers. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account — you can pay directly with your card through PayPal's secure checkout.
Is my data private and secure?
Absolutely. Every user has completely isolated data. Your crawl history, discovered domains, favorites, and notes are only visible to you. No data is shared between users. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, you can cancel your subscription anytime and continue using the service until the end of your current paid period. We recommend starting with the Growth plan to test the platform before committing to a higher tier.
How long does a crawl take?
Crawl time depends on the size of the target website. A small site (a few hundred pages) may take minutes. Large authority sites with millions of pages can take hours or even days. You'll see results appearing in real-time in your dashboard as pages are crawled.
What metrics are shown for each expired domain?
For each discovered expired domain, we show: Domain Authority (DA), Page Authority (PA), total backlinks, referring domains, anchor text distribution, the source page URL, and real-time availability status via RDAP/WHOIS verification.
